Stefania began teaching group fitness classes in 1996, and has taught many formats including boxing, indoor cycling, yoga, dance fitness, strength and conditioning, and HIIT. She discovered CrossFit in 2014 and has been hooked ever since. The spirit of competition, the focus on strength and overall health, the support of the community, and the acceptance of all ages, shapes, and sizes has made CrossFit a passion of hers. In 2015, with a desire to learn more about the science and philosophy behind the sport and to help others attain their goals, Stefania earned her CF-L1 coach certificate. Through coaching she became interested in the Olympic lifts and also earned a USAW Level 1 coaching certificate. Stefania competed locally, qualifying her for the American Open Series, which she attended in
2017 in Miami and earned a masters’ bronze medal in her session. Stefania is also a full-time 6th grade teacher and mom of 2 daughters and two puppies. Her greatest delight is to help people accomplish things they never thought possible.
